On one of our many trips together, this one in China 9 yrs ago, in a very small sleeping compartment for 4 people, during the night, in the pitch dark, on this very rickety train, Nona maneuvered off the upper bunk quite deftly, and made her way to the "bathroom" down the hallway, did her thing, and made her way back, crawling back up into the skimpy, bare-bones "bed". She never complained once....and we chuckled about it often. BTW - she volunteered to take the upper bunk.
